When Encores returnes they should consider doing a revival of Take Me Along with Nathan Lane playing Jackie Gleason's part.

OMG, I actually did this show when I was in HS. I know very few other people that have even heard of it.
Who wouldn't love a musical that sings about a fire truck??!!

Much of the score is excellent, especially "Nine O'Clock" and the title tune.
