I saw someone's picture of the set after the show ended and it is covered with graffiti. What happens at the end? Does the kid get fully possessed or something?

It most certainly is not all, but as Wee Thonas2 says, it wouldn't be easily explained. I'm not sure it works, but the show enters a more purely theatrical plane at the end.

It feels like the puppet goes "off the wire" once it's found out by all the characters that he is possessed. Because they're not sure whether it's the kid or the puppet is possessed (or both), they lock them both in the classroom.
Side question: Why don't they bring Tyronne out for the curtain call? The show is technically all about him, but Steven Boyer abandons the puppet for the curtain call.

I'm of the belief that Tyrone isnt actually a character and the boy isn't actually possessed, but that he's convinced himself he is. At least, that's what I got from it.
