Earlier today, the folks at BroadwayWorld.com posted a video of the new Concert cast of Les Miserables singing "One Day More." When I tried to play the video, the only thing that came up (repeatedly) was the ad for the Radio City Christmas show. When I thought it was just my browser or my computer, I tried to see if it was available on my phone and when I clicked to play the video, nothing happened. Was the video pulled? Did anyone else have this problem? I would've loved to see this video, but apparently not today.
I actually have that problem with every video on here. It just repeats the advertisement over and over. Eventually I stopped trying to play videos, but yes, it's a common problem (for me, at least).
Sounds like the ad isn't redirecting to the video, so probably something they need to fix, nothing you can do... maybe try a different browser?
I've had this problem and it's because of my adblocker. When I pause the adblocker temporarily I can watch videos on BWW.
If it was their Children in Need charity performance (in Les <is t-shirts) from the stage of The Savoy then the direct link on youTube is:

I love how Michael Ball is about to come in as Marius for the last section. He grabs the mike and stops.
For a very long time now this happens to me as well. My browser is Safari and wondering if something not compatible.

I gave up on BWW videos a few months ago. I just search them out on YouTube instead.
Yeah, I am trying to watching the first look at the Frozen tour video, and it's not working... would love it if this could be fixed...

Thanks for all the replies. It might be something specifically with BWW videos or ad blockers. But I think the Les Miz video might have been pulled. Other videos (including the new Frozen tour video) have worked on my browser and my ad blocker is not on. And when I tried to play the Les Miz video on my phone (which does not have specific ad blockers), it didn't come up at all. Which says to me that somebody (possibly from Cameron Mackintosh's company) said they want people to go to the movie and not watch videos online. I have no way of knowing if the original video was the Children In Need Special (though the article doesn't say that and I would think it would) and the photo seems to be from the staged concert that is in the film. I do hope BWW deals with these concerns that have been brought up regarding the video content on here.
Did anyone see the cinecast? Something was way off with Michael Ball's voice. I was pretty shocked at how he sounded. Maybe he was ill?
