The chances for TABOO to be nominated for Best Musical r looking slim(which is a shame cause it was wonderful), but do u all think that euan has any chance of getting a best actor nom? or at least Raul Esparza for best supporing actor?
Hey ya never know. At this point you can not count Taboo out. Personally Taboo is a better show then Boy From Oz. And we do not know where Assassins is going to be placed. Taboo could pull through. The best actor category seems to be locked on Hugh but again ya never know, Id love to see Euan in there. I think Rual will def. get a best featured nomination. He was wonderful.

I am absolutely certain that Hugh will win Lead Actor, and really, who could argue with it, but I would love to see Euan nominated. I'm afraid with the early closing, and the tight category, it is unlikely. But he did give a magnificent performance. There are just too many other factors outside of his control. Pity...it really is a performance that ought to be acknowledged/remembered in some way.

I am certain Hugh will win for Best Actor in a Musical, & I loved him in it, though I wasn't crazy about the show. To me, Hugh IS the show, he is working 200% to make it happen up there, because the material itself isn't happening.
However, if handing out the Tony was up to me, I would give it to Euan. He went thru many more character emotions than does Hugh; he has the voice of ... was gonna say an Angel, but decided to say he has the voice of Boy George...lol
I fear there won't be too many Tony noms for "TABOO".....I am worried both Raul AND Liz will be forgotten.....I would nominate them & also Jeffrey was very good.....but I know the Tony Awards will pass much of "TABOO" over
As I am a "TABOO" Freak....lemme place my GIANT **SOB*** right here

I feel confident that Euan will get nominated, especially since the release of the CD will bring attention to the show again. The show was so good and I believe everyone involved deserves a tony. Raul Esparza and Cary Shields were also amazing. Euan deserves to win this award!

I agree Euan will get a nom
I worry his Cast-Mates won't, however....& they deserve to be
i think its pretty safe to say the talented Euan Morton will get a nomination.. Raul has a good shot if they overlook the Assasin guys.. and Liz deserves a nom. also..
I personally think it should win Best Score, but it wont. I hope the cd release brings some more attention to the show..
