I don't like to get in the middle, but raped was a very poor word choice. It's not a term to be taken lightly or thrown around and even if using it as a way of saying taken over or dominate, better options exist in this sentence. As a victim of sexual assault, I personally do not approve of the word "rape" being used in this instance. It's unnecessary and inaccurate.

Like I tell my students, word choices can be effective without having to be extreme. I'm not trying to scold here, just inform. As it's been said so many times, we can't hear the tone, intention, or inflection of a post. We just read the words.

Liza not quite 2years and he/she fought hard for that title-maybe not the most popular contributor here but there is intelligence and thought before he/she types.
Youthful exuberance is no excuse for your endless missives.
