Does anyone know if Once On This Island exchanges tickets? I bought tickets to the matinee as opposed to the evening show I meant to buy tickets to... or does anyone want to buy them? lol

Did you buy them online or at the Box office? Regardless, you need to go to the point of sale and ask. Chances are you'll get what you want, if you're nice to the people you deal with.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I bought them on telecharge but chose to pick up from willcall.

that's what i figured. they say "no refunds or exchanges" but just wondered if anyone had any experience actually exchanging tickets. I'll go to the box office tomorrow morning to see what they can do. Fingers crossed.

Suggest you call telecharge customer service and explain you made a mistake. They should be able to make the adjustment for you. No need to visit the box office unless customer service can’t help you.

As I said, go to point of purchase. For you, thats telecharge. Call custiner service and talk to a rep. As lo g as they dont have te ord of you doing this often, you should be fine.
