Ok so my dumb a$$ booked my entire trip (7 shows so far) without realizing that I booked it for the same week as my familys vacation. Will I be able to exchange all of my tickets to the week prior?

Telecharge is usually easy to work with for that, Ticketmaster is hit or miss (usually miss for me).

It depends on where you bought your tickets. Telecharge is typically very gracious about such things, but Ticketmaster is unlikely to offer any assistance beyond "You can list them for resale on our website".
