This is...not selling well. I'm looking at a lot of the shows opening this Spring and, short of a miracle, the sales for most of them (aside from Sweeney Todd) make this season look like a "flop era" for Broadway.
It's truly tragic because people are really missing out on fantastic plays and new works because of a hesitancy to go to the theatre (COVID and flu), as well as prices going back through the roof - becoming more cost prohibitive than even before the pandemic.

It's a little early to say it is not selling well. It probably won't, but it will pick up. As rehearsed a while back in this thread, it is Ms. Schwartzman's money at stake, so a total loss represents 0.05% of her (and husband's) net worth, you don't care.
It is interesting (and a matter of concern) that a number of these shows you are referring to have tyros producing them and also lack strong GMs/EPs etc. And some of the others have producers with poor track records. We shall see.
I don't think hesitancy is a major factor at this point, and I also don't think prices will be because I see a lot of them that will obviously be deeply discounting, on TDF, etc. Again unsupported newbies may be way behind the curve on this.
