On an opera listserv I subscribe to, one partipant described seeing the Sunday evening show of FOLLIES, which a lot of actors attend on their evening off and which offers opportunities to get up-to-date with theater community gossip. The participant says he overheard two actors discussing a projected production of FOLLIES with Cerveris and perhaps Donna Murphy, directed by Harold Prince.
Has anyone else heard this?! Or is it pure Bway "urban legend"?
