Be careful why buying from this seller. His feedback on eBay seems to indicate an issue with packaging items securely to avoid shipping damage.

How was it resolved?

Just curious how it was resolved as the feedback stands and wasn't updated or removed.

It was resolved between the buyer and myself, with eBay being contacted about the feedback which was left before the resolution was met.

Its the first and only time it's happened after selling various things online and shipping them over the past couple of years.

I'm not sure why you're pursuing this.

Unless you were the buyer, you have no way of knowing that it was resolved. I'm trying to tell you nicely that it does not concern you. Obviously everything sold here in our will be wrapped and packaged accordingly after the feedback.

Unless you're interested in buying something, please don't comment further about the issue.

I'm sorry, but you are making yourself look like an idiot. Do you work for eBay? Are you friends with the buyer? It's no business of yours and again, you have no idea what happened and you don't know the situation.

It's great that you want people to be cautious, but let people decide for themselves. One negative feedback does not deem me a bad seller. That and I cannot control what happens after something leaves my possession, even when it it securely packaged, like this poster was.

I don't know what you do for a living, but I suggest you stick to your day job and stop trying to be private investigator on a Broadway chat board.
