Anyone going to see it at the end of the month in Pasadena? I'm thinking of going - a friend's boyfriend is in it so I would like to go support him. I've never seen it before, any good?

I just saw The Full Monty
on tour at the Gateway Playhouse (Long Island NY)
2 weeks ago and it was GREAT!
I say go for it, very funny!

I believe you saw a regional production at the Gateway Playhouse, not the tour.

I saw the tour last year in Huntsville, AL. It was really good. Def. not a family show, but i love the score (Yazbek's best to date). The set is really cool and the actors I saw were all great. The Jerry I saw, I wanna say his name was something weird like Jeremiah, or something like that, was just kinda out of it. It might have been his character choice to be very subtley, but he just didn't seem to "Into it." But that didn't really bother me, just noticed it. The girl that sang "i'm in love with that man..." (Dont know the song name) killed. She had an amazing voice. Anyways, GO SEE IT.

Good to know! I'll keep that date in mind and have my friend check with Alan about what date is best for him. I've never met the boyfriend cause he's always away with shows so I'd want to at least go on a day that he's most free to meet up with me on. But I'm putting Sunday out there!!!

Hey Steven - looks I'll be seeing it in Thousand Oaks as my friend who's boyfriend is in the show is coming to L.A. this week from Denver and mostly likely we'll end up going together.
