Fabulous Felons Comimg to Broadway

"Prison" themes come to Broadway in the form of a musical next year. If "Orange Is The New Black" is any example, this musical should be a hit.

I have never heard of "Fabulous Felons", nor am I aware of any prison musical coming to Broadway. Do you have any sort of link or source?
