Has anyone here done it? What's the cost, how's the line, etc? Is it worth it? I won't be falling asleep standing up, will I?

I did it last week. It was $26.25 (I think) and the line was fine. No need to get there too early. However, I amost fell asleep during the first act. The only thing that kept me up was the street noise since the 3 big doors out to 45th street are right behind the standing room area. I luckily got to sit for the second half cause a seat opened up. If you REALLY want to see it, I would say go for it. Otherwise, totally not worth it.
