I really want to know if the Richard Rodgers theatre (where Hamilton is playing) forwards mail to actors & actresses who were currently in Hamilton. I really want to send to Brian d'Arcy James & Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Yes. This applies to all theatres. They will indeed forward your letter. Address the letter as you would if the actor was still in the show.

Absolutely. A close friend who was in CHICAGO still gets fan mail forwarded to him even though he's left that show over a decade ago.
