What do you say to an actor/actress when you are requesting a signed Playbill?
I'd love to get something Little Mermaid and Phantom related from Sierra Boggess, but this would be my first time requesting a Playbill and I'm not sure what to do.
Also, who have you gotten stuff back from? And what did you send in order to get it?
Bruh, there's a thread made in 2005 with exactly what you're looking for.

Sierra probably doesn't have a bunch of old Playbills from her previous work that she is ready to sign and send off. Usually you can only count on getting a Playbill when an actor is currently in the show and you send the letter to that theater.
In general, I send a letter expressing my appreciation along with any personal meaning their performance has given me. I explain that I can't make it to NYC to see their show and would like an autographed Playbill to "make up" for it. Be sure to include a self addressed stamped envelope!
^Is correct. You won't get stuff from shows gone by. Only current stuff. Heck, some actors won't even SIGN stuff thats not from the show they are currently in.
