Fanmail question

I've only ever written one fan letter before to an ensemble member in Hamilton, and I haven't heard back yet. It took me so long to type the letter because I had to type it and edit it, etc. I feel like whenever I see pictures of people getting responses to their fanmail they just wrote their letter on a piece of paper. I'm not really sure what I would write. Does anyone have any pictures of fan mail that you sent to someone on Broadway? My other question is what envelopes do I use? If I would like a Playvill back, I need to send a bigger envelope, but I'm not sure what envelope to put that envelope (+ my letter) in. I'm just very confused and would like an bit of direction. Thanks!!

1. It doesn't matter if you type or hand write it. At all.

2. Say whatever it is that YOU want to say. There must be something that makes you want to write to them....THAT'S what you write.

3. Yes, if you want them to send you a playbill back, you need to provide the envelope, stamped and already addressed to you. However, you can fold it up and put it in whatever envelope you want to send the letter in.
