Posted: 8/31/09 at 5:07pmWhat did you think about the current cast? Did you see Addi McDaniel as Luisa? Was she fantastic? (sorry I cant answer your question about understudys, I'm not quite sure myself. Maybe try visiting their offical website?) Anyways, Addi is a graduate of the Penn State musical theatre program, which I happen to be in right now.

Posted: 8/31/09 at 9:22pmI did see the current cast and they are in fact Fantastic! Addi is great, she has a great voice and good chemistry with Jonathan who plays Matt. Jonathan was wondeful! I loved him everytime he was onstage and his voice was beautiful and so strong and powerful! Lewis Cleale was great too, his voice was beautiful and his acting was great. He was very funny but at the same time touching. Go see it now!! Jonathan is my favorite but Addi is great too I really enjoyed her.

Posted: 8/31/09 at 9:38pmSince this was brought up, I've been wondering... who is the standby or understudy for Matt? Does the Mute understudy Matt? The two male standbys pictured on the website look too old to play Matt.

I really think Jonathan Schwartz who plays Matt would be a perfect Henry in Next to Normal. What do you think?
