Posted: 3/22/14 at 9:16am^ how far along was it, i know lab productions can be anywhere from staged reading to pretty much full production, considering it only ran like a week im assuming it was more of the former then the latter.

Posted: 3/22/14 at 3:35pmI went last night and also really enjoyed it. I thought the second act (Part 2) was the strongest, though I can't quite put my finger on why. I read in the Playbill that the plan is for there to be nine parts, which I'm very curious about, as I found the ending of Part 3 surprising and a little unsatisfying. I wonder if future parts would wrap that up better.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Posted: 3/22/14 at 11:33pmI saw this forever ago when it was presented at the Lab. I liked it, and would be curious to see the expanded version, but I guess it's only running for a week? Oh well.
