While they weren't in the same show, one of the flying monkeys in Wicked recently proposed to his boyfriend (whom I think was a theatre person, too) after a performance by flying down with a ring, accompanied by a bunch of other ensemble members.
I can't remember their full names, but The Phantom of the Opera produced the marriage of the performer playing Meg (Paloma was her first name) and an ensemble member (Paul), who played the police officer in the pit and understudied the Phantom.
