I could fill a page with nothing but favorite Yip Harburg songs from this period:

Brother Can You Spare a Dime?

Over the Rainbow

Something Sort of Grandish

How Are Things in Glocca Morra?

Where or When

My Funny Valentine

How Are Things In Glocca Morra?

All the Things You Are

Make Believe

Over the Rainbow

I Had Myself a True Love

Someone to Watch Over Me

But Not For Me

I guess I have a thing for sincere love songs.

Oh, and the entire score of Porgy and Bess is so perfect it deserves its own thread, but count me as a fan.

Favorite & Least Favorite Songs (1920s-1940s edition)

With Gershwin, Porter, Rodgers and Hart, and Rodgers and Hammerstein at the top of the list, I can't imagine trying to pick favorites, let alone least favorites. If forced, I will pick Easy to Love, Embraceable You, If I Loved You, and BBB.
