By far my favorite is Lin-Manuel Miranda's TONY speech. I get teary eyed everytime I watch it.

One of my favorites was Elizabeth Wilson winning for "Sticks and Bones" back in 1972, and referring to her co-star Tom Aldredge. "He is... he is my ROCK." And in that show, he WAS. And it was such a moving, professional, honest, and not-weeping-over-her-BFF's moment. I always thought "Wow. To be performing with someone who is, simply, the cornerstone of my work." Lovely.
