I think Liz Callaway just mixes, if not exclusively, then she mixes a LOT more than she belts.

How about Jennifer Laura Thompson? I know Glinda's role doesn't have too much belting, but when she sang the "bridges you cross bit" in "Thank Goodness", I was in heaven. It was so pure and beautiful.
