Laurie's version of You'll Never Walk Alone is amazing!
I also love her I am Changing.

Other then that...
Michael Ball's version of Gethsemanie is breathtaking. And I do love his version of Vaults of Heaven from Whistle Down the Wind.

And there is a version of PP ARNOLD, I think her name is that does an amazing version of The Human Heart from Once on this Island.
