The first two I thought of were "Take Me Or Leave Me" from Rent (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJlOQO6ZKbY) and "I Know Him So Well" from Chess (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDWWM6h51hc).
This one isn't about love, but "Bosom Buddies" from Mame (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8OMzsGlwnc) is a good choice if you want to make people laugh.

Dear Old Friend, from "Love Never Dies," is one I like. I can't remember whether it's actually a duet or a trio, but it can easily be sung as a duet.
Matchmaker, Matchmaker can probably be done as a duet.
I think "If/Then" has one or two.
