I thought it was great, and the Union Theatre is such a unique venue. Highly reccomend you see this one. The music is forgettable but it is the performances that really make it.
A wonderful presentation of a fascinating piece. Touching and funny, with some goosebump moments. My only quibble was with the drag performance of Bess Truman which I felt undercut the poignancy of the "Olio" segment but I understand that was how the author intended it to be played. Still, the women were such a strong ensemble I felt it was an unfortunate choice for this production.
