I don't recall. Can Rosie O'Donnell sing? As in really sing? If so, she would be my choice for Brenda? What about Chita Rivera or Carol Channing for Annie's mother?

this was one of my many ideas of adapting movies into musicals....i started looking at the screenplay and watching the movie, it's tough adapting movies....
