No, Laura Benanti is playing the best friend who has "issues" with a certain group of terrorists. And that's pretty much how she's dressed in the movie, if I remember correctly.

They look great. Now I can't wait to see what they've done to the guys! From what I've read, everyone looks amazing, the makeup and costume dept is stellar, and although you can see that Justin cut his hair, he will be wearing a wig too!

I am so happy I saw this photo. Yes, the ladies look amazing. Patti LuPone hasn't looked as hot since she played Rosamund in the first production by Juilliard's Acting Company of "The Robber Bridegroom" in 1975 opposite Kevin Kline as Jamie Lockhart, when she had to appear in the nude with her long hair down covering her private parts. The last time I saw her in a concert performance with Mandy Patinkin in 2007 she had grown to be rather chunky and could have easily played a female truck driver.

When I purchased my ticket today for "Women on the Verge...," I was surprised that front row balcony seats were still available for Saturday night, October 16. I thought maybe people aren't rushing to buy tickets until the reviews are in which will be in early November. But I am so glad to be able to see the fantastic cast and hopefully hear ingenious lyrics and catchy melodies by David Yazbek, whose songs I either like or find to me too reminiscent of the current musical trends. Now that Patti has gone blonde, maybe I should do the same. Ha ha!
