I'm willing to exchange either of my tickets for something else if anyone is interested. I got:
A Tale of Two Cities, 12/2 ORCH Row Q, seats 6 and 8
Gazillion Bubble Show, (Voucher good for any Wednesday-Saturday show between Oct 1-Nov 22)
I got a voucher for two tickets to Monday Night Magic at the Bleecker Street Theater... willing to exchange for almost anything :)
I guess most people are still at the market.

The booth was right outside of the Helen Hayes Theatre. TDF/TKTS holds a booth where there is a bin with thousands of little tickets and you pay $5 for 6 tickets. If the ticket that you pick out has a stamp on the inside of it, you get a pair of tickets to a show (or if you are unlucky, a CD). The tickets that you get are random and in a sealed envelope so you don't know what day you are seeing the show, or even what show, until you open the envelope they give you.
Winning a CD is unlucky? I'd call it more of a consolation prize.

Well when you are planning on opening that envelope to find two tickets to a show, and you get a coupon for a CD, usually one you've never heard of, I'd call it unlucky. Happened to me with every ticket I pulled last year!
They had some great tickets available this year. Wish I would have gotten some Shrek tickets.

If you pay $20 for 24 tickets, what are your odds of picking a Broadway show?
I'm happy with the tickets I have, but am open for trading.
I have:
Avenue Q, Sun, Nov 2, 7PM (which, don't ask me how but through several trades I got them from Gazillion Bubble Show)
Kindness by Adam Rapp -- voucher
stevenycguy ~ Let's put it this way, for the past three years I've spent at least $20 there every year and have yet to win anything.
Next year I'll spend that $20 on something else thank you. :P

Honey, nobody is going to trade Equus (or almost any of those, for that matter) for Awesome 80's Prom of Forbidden Broadway. I keep wondering when your insane level of entitlement will stop, and then you just keep at it.
I have tickets for The Fantastiks and Perfect Crime if anyone's interested....
c'mon, Em. You know you would.
