I am very familiar with the theatre but have never sat in the mezzanine. Great seats that are two price levels below front row mezz but closer to the stage. That's where we will be for Follies.

I have only sat in orchestra and rear mezzanine, so I can’t comment on front row mezz. However, my view from the rear mezz was quite good, so I would imagine that the front mezz is great too. I’ve never had a bad seat in the orchestra, however the stage is extremely wide, so if you’re in the first few rows, you’ll be looking from side to side a lot because it’s difficult to capture the entire stage in your line of sight when you’re that close - even more so than sitting close in other houses. Has never bothered me, but something to be aware of. I think 6-ish rows back in the orchestra is the sweet spot, and the mezz is a good option too.
