I have info for Fullerton Civic Light Opera's next season.
(I'd just like to thank Michael Osburn for being the crew captain for 15 years for a moment...)
Their next season of shows will be CATS, Grease, Lucky Stiff, and 42nd Street. Oh, by the way, keep your eyes out...they are first on the list of theatres wanting to do Les Miserables...and it's not the school edition.
I'd also like to give you a bit of info, too...FCLO's Miss Saigon cost over $400,000 to do. I'm not kidding you at all.
Just thought I'd let you know!

I will also likely see Lucky Stiff. It's one of my favorites.

Starlight has Hot Mikado, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Wizard of Oz and Urinetown lined up for 2006...

Posted: 9/3/05 at 2:39amAfter subscribing to their exciting 2005 season, this one leaves me colder than cold. The thought of suffering through Cats again... I love Grease, but I've seen it enough times. Ditto 42nd Street. Lucky Stiff is the one winner in the bunch. Looks like they are trying to win back their conservative and older WASPy subscriber base, after a very ethnic 2005. Aida is coming up to finish their current season, though, and I can't wait.

Hmmm, I've never seen a production of Aida. Perhaps, I should look into that.
eslgr8, I keep meaning to tell you that I typically find your posts and site very helpful as a SoCal theatre fan.
Thanks!
