Glad to see the Tyne love. Hers is the best Rose I've seen (tho wish I had seen Lansbury's...more than anything!) and I thought she showed the least acting technique. I truly felt her relationships with everyone around her and what they meant to her....even Chowsie! Her relationship onstage with Jonathan Hadary was amazing. She was warmer and sexier than Bernadette imho. I only felt that Midler was okay and found Buckley to be cold and unlikeable.

Saw Tyne 3 times, and for the others, once was enough.

Add me to the list of those who think Daly's performance was amazing. Has the toughness of Merman and the vulnerableness of Peters.

Rath, you're quite right the entire cast was perfect, especially Christa Moore.

I didn't really enjoy the production with Bernadette, not because of her performance, but I didn't care for the direction. That wasn't helped by matters that there was a mouse running up and down the aisle throughout the entire show and I was to distracted (and scared)!!
