Saw them last night. Great show. Also, remember it’s BYOB. They do have a full bar though. No food.

It’s an odd space. Basically a room in the basement. The Kimmel Center does have a liquor license. In the other hand Philly has a lot of BYOB’s due to the limited number of licenses available. It’s part of the culture. I think it was an enticement to get people out (which they didn’t need). PA’s liquor laws are so screwed up that nobody really knows what the rules are.

I'd just to thank OP for paying it forward. I know tickets can be expensive, so I can understand people trying to recoup, but rather than risk a ticket going unused, I give mine away as far in advance as I can.
Too often here I see someone trying to sell right up til curtain. They lose their money, and no one uses the tickets.

Here, here ghostlight2. I cannot thank PAPhillyGuy enough for graciously giving me the ticket for last night. The show was hilarious and I had always wanted to see The Skivvies live but just hadn't made it to one of their shows. I will absolutely be paying it forward on my own end in some way to continue that sentiment.
