I'm up to date with the US air-dates, and I'd recommend inter-netting it if you don't want to wait aggges for the box-set being released here.

What's 'aggges'? Isn't it that song from 'The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas' when all the guys get down to jockstraps?

Yeah - I like that song too.
This photograph from the Landor's production of Whorehouse amuses me: the guy on the right looks as if he's getting in to character but the guy on the left looks as though he's got no interest in what he's holding with his left hand whatsoever.

What was this production like, if you actually saw it? I've only ever seen the Drury Lane production in 1979 and the US tour 3 or 4 years ago.

I didn't see this - I wish I had. I did see Follies there a couple of years ago when they did the audience-are-guests-at-the-party concept, which was good (bearing in mind the limitations of the space) but not great.

I'm very sad that my copy of the informercial for Whorehouse Goes Public is incomplete - only the first 18 minutes. =(

(and why do Dev and I get stuck with a picture of Richard Swerrun in very bad false teeth???)
I did see this at the Landor and err well I guess these pictures do justice to the production....

"the guy on the right looks as if he's getting in to character but the guy on the left looks as though he's got no interest in what he's holding with his left hand whatsoever."
the guy on the left is clearly gay..his boyfriend on the right is obviously a better actor.

Do I give the impression of being a ball-busting feminist? Guys, just think of me as Germaine Greer: I may be scary in theory, but in practice I've got a cracking sense of humour. ;D (No, really, she was really entertaining on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. O_O)
