Fun Home - Days and Days (seating question)

Hi all,

I saw Fun Home off-broadway and am seeing it next week at Circle in the Square. Obviously any seat in the theatre is going to be great. However, I would like a great view to see Judy Kuhn sing Days and Days. What is going to be my best seating choice? Any opinions are appreciated.

Judy does move around a bit during that song, but from what I remember she has her back to the 400s section for the majority of the song. I'd recommend a seat on either of the sides closer to the 400s (the long 200 section).

We sat C 216-218 (center section) and it was perfect for the show and most of the song seemed directed at our section. Fun Home - Days and Days (seating question)

I think the poster meant that she saw it at the Public in the early stages of its run. Regardless, you can't go wrong with the 200s!

I've seen the show on Broadway twice and sat both times in the cheap seats (above the band once and to the side of that the other time). I think Days and Days was wonderfully staged. I actually think the cheap seats were great for this song. Medium Alison and her mother exchange looks at the end of it, and it's devastating, and I remember having a great view of that. (I haven't seen the show for a few months, but this is what I recall.)

And Edges of the World in this version is just awesome!

On the other hand, during Ring of Keys I thought I was mostly seeing the back of Small Alison's head, but you can't have everything!

Just wanted to add: a friend reminded me that Rebecca Luker will be playing the part while Judy Kuhn has hip replacement.

Luker starts April 5 and ends May 22.
