Does anyone know when the piano vocal or at least excerpts from the show will be available  and who is publishing?

Samuel French may have some selections available but the score has not been published.

They have "Ring of Keys": I've provided a link below.

The entire folio is due late this fall (I'm hearing in time for the holidays).

It should be up digitally around October or so.
