I fourth HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES. Just saw a production in Los Angeles that had me in stitches throughout the entire show. If you have actors with strong comedic skills, it's the perfect choice.

House of Blue Leaves is a favorite.
Greater Tuna is really funny, and having done it in HS with a larger than 2 cast, it doesn't do that much damage to the show.
Edited to add Sly Fox. It's written by Larry Gelbart, and while the 2004 revival was...well, awful...the show itself is hysterical.
My Top 5 Suggestions For You:
(in no particular order)
Arsenic and Old Lace
Brighton Beach Memoirs
FOOLS
Prelude to a Kiss
The Man Who Came to Dinner
I Hate Hamlet! (I love this play, if you don't know the premise: a soap opera actor is stunt cast into a production of Hamlet and is horrible. The the ghost of Barrymore comes to help him.) To die for.
How about The Importance of Being Earnest, Italian-American Reconciliation, or The Devil's Disciple? Nicky Silver, David, Lindsay-Abaire, and Aristophanes are good places to look as well.
'Absurd Person Singular' is NOT funny, it's the most depressing Ayckbourn play I can think of! I did enjoy 'How The Other Half Loves', but it needs to be very well choreographed (yes it is a straight play). If you're up for Shakespeare, I've also found 'A Comedy Of Errors' pants-wettingly hilarious. Anyhoo...
