Hoi Polloi or however you spell it.

3rd-Boheme re: Most annoying is.....

KRISTEN CHENOWETH To show my gratitude, I'll offer you this pointy black hat, which is just like the one Original Wicked Witch Margaret Hamilton wore in the movie! IDINA MENZEL What a great idea! How about throughout the play, you continue to offer me things like a black cloak, or a black cape, or a broom to make me look more and more like Margaret Hamilton did! These attempts at humor will be painfully predictable from a mile away! AUDIENCE collectively groans.

KINKAJOU!!! Children of Eden - soooo many of the animals in The Naming, while real, have such odd names.

And while Vie and Boheme arent that odd in themselves, all of the lyrics in that song....oy, never again will a composer be able to fit all that randomness into a song so perfectly.

Why are people bothered by the word tandem? Has no one here ever heard it or used it? It's not uncommon by any means.

I've only heard it in reference to bikes.

Really? Wow. Perhaps everyone I know just has a large vocabulary. I've heard it used in many different contexts.

I know what it means and I could use it in conversation should I so choose. I just don't. No sign of a diminutive vocabulary. Mine is quite expansive.

Probably "twat" in "All Alone" from Spamalot... Perfectly vulgar, and unexpected.

This is a little off topic, but a word I've always wanted to put in a mock-shakespearian script (as a name) is Fellatio. Does that not ever strike some people as amusing? Perhaps it's my vulgar sense of humor... But you must admit, there are quite a few good jokes that could come of it!

I hold a degree in Musical Theatre from Montclair State University. It is useless. Now I'm funny for money. Oh, and I sing.

Kristin Chenoweth could barely control a Great Dane she trotted onto the stage. "Great, they gave me a dog that weighs five times what I do", she quipped. For the record, she weighs 93 pounds, and has a Maltese.
