The guy in the picture in the middle right below the title in the fuzzy sweater, doesnt his stance just look like he's saying "Yeah, I'm awesome. I'm so gonna be amazing."
Or to I just think too much into things?
I could see that. He also seems to be the only one who looks like he is smiling.

Haha. The guy in blue, 3rd from the end (under the N), too.

I think Bobby's personality is like that, so thats why he stands that way.
Is that Michael Beresse?

Y'all make me giggle. I'm by no means a virtuoso of "A Chorus Line" knowledge, but having seen the phenomenal show last week (see my review on the San Francisco BWW.com page), I can fill you in a little.
In regards to the man in the "fuzzy sweater" first mentioned, that is Ken Allen as Bobby, whose character is a happy-go-lucky "weird" fun guy. He's got some laughable lines during the song "And" and there's no reason he shouldn't be smiling. He knows he's good.
Michael Berresse, who stars as the dance director Zach, is not pictured in this photo.
The guy underneath the "L" is Michael Paternostro who plays the role of Greg. You may know him for the monologue he gives during one of the Montages about being hard every time the teacher calls on him and the time he was necking in the bus, "feeling her boobs and feeling her boobs." He's got a sh*t-eatin' grin because he's a cocky queen. Besides as a kid he was told he took after the "ugly side of the family" so he's a right to be a bit *rawr* as an adult.
The guy in blue underneath the "N" is Jeffrey Schecter as Mike, who sings the first solo "I Can Do That." I see no reason why he shouldn't be smiling either. He's loaded with self-confidence and wears his sweat-stains like a badge of courage!

Aw, poor Zach. The only one not in the poster.
Actually, the guy under the "N" in blue is Jeffrey Schecter as Mike. Michael Paternostro (Greg) is under the "L".
tyler hanes isn't in it either
Tyler Hanes is very hot!

This is a great picture. IMO, most of them are standing the way their characters would, in character as it were.

It's not just your opinion, EponineAmneris. The whole point of the logo on the "Chorus Line" is to give the no-name, faceless ensemble members their shot at being individuals.
Which brings me to a point of notice... have they totally revamped the poses, or is the poster just not quite right? Diana is different... Val isn't doing "the Val," SHEILA is doing "the Val"...?
