GMF's SOUTH PACIFIC review and my meeting with MATT !!!

And...I have another 10, ladies and gentlemen ! What a fabulous, wonderful night of theater I had tonight ! Everything you've heard is true, so I won't bore you with many details ! I think it's the BEST cast overall on Broadway right now ! The talent on that stage is phenomenal ! Bartlett Sher's direction is so deserving a Tony ! Kelli and Paulo were fantastic, Matt, well of course I am preoccupied, but he took my breath away with his angelic voice, his top-notch acting and of course THOSE looks ! Danny and Loretta - a joy ! TEN, a perfect well rounded 10 !!
The stage door was the highlight of my trip ! It as only me, a sweet girl and a couple. Matt came out and greeted us and our dialogue was like that :
ME: Congratulations, you were wonderful ! I don't know if you read the Broadway Boards on the net, but I am a huge fan from Greece since your Hairspray days.
MATT: Oh my God, I know about you ! You are my biggest fan, come here !
HE HUGS ME
Then I said i wanted a pic and an autograph and he said sure, just give me a moment to say hi to my friends. He went for a couple of minutes to a couple of girls who were a bit further and then he came back, posed for two pictures with me, signed my window card " To Panos, you are my favorite fan, all good things" and then we talked a bit more, he hugged me again and thanked me for sticking up for him when some "mean" people say bad things about him ! I missed Paulo Szot while talking with Matt, but really, do I mind ? Then Kelli came out, she was really sweet and also personalized my window card and then I flew home ! Yes, I was flying LOL It was a dream come true and I was so happy that he is so down to earth and wonderful offstage as he is on it ! Look out for my new avatar as soon as I get home LOL
Definitely a FANTASTIC night for me !

Not over yet ! Still have Legally Blonde tomorrow and Xanadu on-stage on Sunday, just before leaving for the airport ! Though, I highly doubt anything can top tonight LOL

ahhh that sounds great- my mom and i are trying to go see it soon. thanks for the review- enjoy LB :] my roomie is jealous because she wants to see Kitty! Brooke but she has to go home this weekend and it's her last one for now

And from my excitement, I forgot to add, that before the show, I had dinner with my beloved princess emcee and the wonderful LADY misspennywise ! When the evening starts with the company of two so fantastic ladies, how can it not end majestically with my favorite boy ?

I am so glad you loved the show! And you got to meet Matt... I remember your being paranoid of missing him... and that he knew who you were. Can't wait to see the new avatar!
