I just found out that apparently in 1998-1999 Keneth Feld (Producer of Disney on Ice) did a GREASE ON ICE tour. Has anyone seen this. I could not get over how strange it was LOL. I knew they did a Wizard of Oz one, but GREASE???

I know right now there are many Disney shows on ice including HSM. I can totally see them doing HAIRSPRAY on ice. LOL.

I did, I liked it then, but I was young, now, I would think it would be cheesey and dumb. I'm sure HSM will kind of be like Grease was and I'm seeing it.

Broadway Shows I've Seen: Hairspray, Chicago, Little Shop of Horrors (2003), The Wedding Singer, Spamalot, Riverdance, Rent, Beauty and the Beast, Spring Awakening, Wicked, Legally Blonde, Phantom of the Opera, Sweet Charity (revival), Drowsy Chaperone, The Lion King, Dreamgirls(2010 Tour).

Grease on Ice just sounds dangerous to me in more ways than I can count...

I don't like anything on ice except Olympic exhibitions or vodka. Both, if I'm lucky.

...so they changed it from trains to bobsleds? :)

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor

"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

I saw Grease on ice. I believe I was in sixth grade and actually enjoyed it.

I remember this! I was in 3rd grade when it came to tour and I thought it was pretty cool. This of course was right after I saw 'The Little Mermaid on Ice' and I was on an ice-spectacular kick re: GREASE on ice???

I think I saw this...I was in Middle School...and have blocked most of it out...maybe I should look for a program.
