When did I miss this notice that it's touring?? I'm so excited.

Is it the Mendes version?

It's probably the tour that Phoenix Entertainment is producing. It's non-equity, and not based on the recent revival.

The woman playing Mama Rose is Kathy Halenda. As someone who just worked with her in "Mame" here in Richmond, VA (as Mame), I can attest to her unbelievable talent and skill - she will be a perfect and triumphant Mama Rose. Can't wait to see her on the tour!

A non-equity tour NOT of the recent Broadway version? They could not be more misleading in that release, trumpeting it's recent triumph and all the Tony Awards it was nominated for.
