I was listening to Q and had to laugh at the Gary Coleman role - has he ever made a public comment about how he feels about being a leading man on Broadway without even being there?!
They actually contacted him about it before they started doing the show if I remember right. They even offered to let him star as himself. He saw the show and loved it. He didn't accept the role but was there on opening night.
Gary Coleman was the spokesperson for UGO Networks.
He has an illness and that is probably why he declined.
I met Gary a few times.
