"I was just looking at info on La Cage and all the info I found makes it look like Gavin will only have one solo? Is that true?"

In the original score he has two solos. "With Anne on My Arm" in the first act and a reprise of "Look over There" in the second.

PS-the English translation of the title is "The cage of insane ones" not "The cage of queens."

This a most welcomed suprise, he will be an asset to the show, looks like things are going along nicely, can't wait to see it!

Well needless to say I am BEYOND thrilled and happy for Gavin. Between this and the Hair Concert, it's turning out to be quite a year for him :)

I havent had a Gavin fix since Bounce in Chicago now it looks like Im gonna see Hair and La Cage! WOOOOOHOOO! :)

I'm excited too! Gavin is not only perfect for the role, but he's also one the the friendliest performers you'd ever want to meet.
This whole production sounds very promising, and I can't wait!

Does Gavin have a recording deal? I heard that his concert w Laura Benanti was a huge success and that he was doing a lot of original stuff, are there plans for a CD or tour? I wonder if that will be put off since he's now committed to La Cage.
