According to Gavin on Myspace he said that although it says out of stock, order anyway and you'll be put on a list and you'll get one as soon as they're in stock again.

i keep calling cdbaby (that is the company's name) and i had to leave a message. i hope they call me back soon. i called them 4 times. and no one picked up? and i bin on the internet all day trying to order the cd. i am a very big fan of Gavin's. i can't wait to order it. i am getting very upset. i hope i can order it when i get home from work to night. or i have to get up eary tomrrow to order it before i go to work tomrrow moring.....nicole

My only complaint about the album is that while the songs are great, many seem incomplete. Production values are great, but the songs themselves could have been fleshed out more, making them longer than the 2 minutes that quite a few of them run. The entire album of some 13 songs is 38 minutes long. Most of the songs just seem too short IMO, like they need a bridge or another verse added to them. Fun album, great vocals, great production values, but I'm left wanting a lot more...almost seems more like an EP.
