Many are stranded. Due to the travel ban, those who are currently there are going to need to head home soon unless they are planning to sleep there tonight.

There is no way shows are going on tonight. Roads are closing as of 2:30 and above ground subway lines are closing as of 4:30. Staff are not going to be able to get to the theaters.

Cuomo is announcing a travel ban right now. Odds are high that shows will go dark tonight.

Shows are starting to announce cancelations. Both The Lion King and Aladdin have canceled both of today's performances.

I'm glad they're sticking to the alternate schedule. It sends a powerful message. If Javier is good enough for the Obamas, he's good enough for everyone else.

I have an extra seat to this performance if anyone is interested in buying. Orchestra, Row E, seat 7. If Obama is in attendance you'll likely just be feet away from him!

I couldn't sleep last night because I just kept running the score through my head. It sounded so phenomenal with that huge orchestra and chorus. The percussion section itself was enough to get me hot and bothered. There is so much musical texture to this piece, I wish I could see it again and again to unpack it all. That's what the Times article from 2004 was saying. You have to find a police officer to write the ticket, and by the time the theater rounds up an officer the offending patron is long gone. It is a totally unenforceable law which is why we didn't realize it has been in existence for nine years.

This has to be about leverage in a contract negotiation. If she pulls the script the show shutters immediately. That is a lot of lost money for the producers.

I love it. The soap opera of this production is so much more entertaining than the crappy show itself. I can't wait for the day when "The Making of Spiderman" is made into a musical.

I haven't seen it yet but it is BY FAR my favorite Broadway show EVER. I can't wait to buy the soundtrack!!
