Gender-swapped COMPANY to premiere in Sweden this summer

The Swedish premiere of the gender swapped revival of Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY has been announced.

Following Marianne Elliott’s award-winning gender swapped West End & Broadway revival of COMPANY, the new version comes to the professional musical scene in Sweden, with Kulturhuset Stadsteatern being the first theatre in the world outside of London and New York to be given the opportunity to stage its own version, translated by Calle Norlén.

Starring some of Sweden’s very best musical artists including Frida Modén Treichl as Bobbie, with Helen Sjöholm and Gunilla Backman as Joanne.
