Gentleman's guide swing question

When I saw Gent's guide last week, I noticed something odd about the opening number in act two. In the majority of the show, there are three ensemble women (currently Jennifer Smith, Joanna Glushak and Sandra DeNise), but in "Why are all the D'ysquiths Dying?", there are five women onstage. I'm pretty sure that Catherine Walker (currently playing Phoebe) is in this number, but the other two women in the cast (Carole Shelley and Lisa O'Hare) aren't. I've included a photo for reference.
So that means that the fifth women would probably be Pamela Bob, who is the female swing. Is that common practice, to have a swing to show up for one particular number and nothing else?

Sibella and Phoebe both appear as ensemble characters in the Prologue and Why Are All The D'Ysquitha dying.
On occasion the show will have split tracks when swings are on, with a male taking a female role in a scene or vice versa when the gender is not important (ie, the barmaid).

That is an very fast change for Lisa O'Hare, then.

Quick changes are the bread and butter of that show and their wardrobe department / costume design is remarkable.
A while back, Broadway.com did a photo feature behind the scenes at Gentleman's Guide.. Funny enough, a day when Pamela Bob was on as Sibella, and they show them backstage just before this number, including the Sibella track.
