Heard that Ghosts at the Duchess will close early in a few weeks time

Wow, wasn't really expecting that.
Also, not wow, I guess? I mean, there's been next to no advertising, the reviews were relatively mixed and it's Ibsen, hardly a rollicking fun evening when you've got both Little Dog Laughed and Private Lives (both with bigger stars than Lesley Sharp and Iain Glen) running at Nimax Theatres and Jerusalem/Enron picking up all the hype.
Anyone seen this one?

I have and I wasn't keen at all. But was interesting for me having never seen an Ibsen play before. It's always sad to see a show close early because of poor sales, especially at such a tiny theatre like the Duchess. There have been so many offers out for this show though.

I and a few friends were contemplating seeing this after a matinee of Anyone Can Whistle later in the month.
However I saw a great production of Ghosts at the Manchester RX some years ago and when I read the mixed reviews for this I became less enthusiastic, as I don't want to spoil my memories of the former.
