Global Vision to release Dracula concept CD, Jekyll concert, and Cyrano de Bergerac... — Page 2

Yes, that's what I'm saying. In Europe, the book is the way it was supposed to be on Broadway, but Des ruined it.

Mmmm, I can't wait either. It's sure to be a hit.

Removed my old silly post.

The director has the final say in the selections. Even though the author has clearly written the show and it's their baby, the director is in complete control. They have the power to do whatever they want.

And Mr Roxy, yes the critics probably would have still crapped all over the show, but I think they show would have made a lot more sense and we wouldn't have to see "Highlights from Dracula The Musical"

The concert was very good. All were in excellent vocal form. Some songs were added from the show at Joe's Pub as I'm told.

Rob sang "Bring Me Giants" from Cyrano and " I've Got Things to Say" from Waiting For the Moon. Very well I might add.
Michael Lanning was equally impressive and he will be part of the Civil War production at Gettysburg, Pa.

Frank has a lot of projects on the table. Just be aware that there's a lot of speculation that surrounds him and take what you read on msg. boards with a grain of salt until you read it on his webiste.

I will write up the Marlton review for BWW early this week.

Hey Pati. Could you verify if one of those projects is Excalibur? Peter called around and said it was only suggested (the last time I asked him). But I also heard htat it was the second of two productions Frank has in store for the Alley. Frank, for those who don't know, is writing Excalibur with Jim Steinman: which I think will be one ELECTRIC experience!
