Ok... So I bought the CD last night on Itunes. I like it at times, but all the songs tend to blend together. However, I am much happier with this rather than the Adam Lambert CD. I have two questions... What is the story line to this show? I am very confused while listening to it. Also, can anyone post who sings what in the cast album? Meaning which character... That might make things a little easier. Sorry if these questions have been asked...
Holy smokes, Dr. Jones! This internet thing really IS awesome!

I'm getting it for my flop collection but I can't say when I'll listen to it (if ever).
"Better than the Adam Lambert CD". They should put that on a sticker on the jewel case!
No, it's not a typo, it really *is* called Glory Days.

I for one am very excited for this! I really like the music. Sure, it's simple, and the story might be boring (I haven't seen it, so I honestly have no clue), but I like the songs. they're simple and catchy.
Why should "Glory Days" and Adam Lambert ever be used in the same sentence? They have absolutely no connection. That confused me the most.

Brody- Thanks! Last time I looked it didn't have all that information.
Music Snob- To clear things up... I bought both the Adam Lambert CD and the Glory Days cast album at the same time on Itunes. After listening to the train wreck Adam Lambert had given the world, I listened to the Glory Days cast album. Glory Days sounded Grammy worthy compared to the mess on Adam Lambert's CD. Sorry for the confusion...
The cast album isn't that bad, but singing a song about your balls and getting girls? Really? Some of it was crap, but there is a few songs worth listening to.
But how can you compare them?
GLORY DAYS is a musical.
Adam Lambert is a vocalist and his album is pop/techno.
They shouldn't be compared, at all.

I never compared the two... What I said was that I bought both of them. I happened to be really excited about the Adam Lambert CD. After listening to it, I was really disappointed with it. Then, I listened to the Glory Days album... And since I didn't like the Lambert Album, anything to me would have been better. So, Glory Days happened to be next which made it sound 10x better than it actually was. I relistened to it, and I wasn't that impressed. Got it? Updated On: 12/3/09 at 05:31 PM

Yeah they're singing about girls and their balls but they're young men just out of college. What do you want them to sing about? Racial equality?
